For the last Dot Com Lunch of 2017, we talked about the New Years resolutions that we’ve made but won’t be keeping because, let’s face it, nobody ever keeps their resolutions. On this episode of the Dot Com Life Vlog, I drive over to the Diamond Jamboree Plaza to have lunch at Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle. Chef Hung start life back in Vancouver, Canada, and has expanded across the globe. There are now three stores in Vancouver, three in China, three in Taiwan, and one in the United States. The City of Irvine is the only city in America where you can sample Chef Hung’s beef noodles.
